マイクロソフトが、10月に発売する次期基本ソフト（OS）を事前予約した場合、通常価格の半額以下で購入できるサービスを提供すると発表。
ま、急いで買う必要もないと思いますが。
周辺機器が対応しなかったりいろいろと面倒くさいことも多いですからね。
タダでも必要ないかも（笑）。
